Tibial Bearing Primary TKA Total Knee Replacement
Our high-flexion total knee artificial replacement system is engineered for superior patient outcomes, featuring a design that prioritizes both stability and natural movement.
Femoral Condylar Features
- High flexion design for enhanced range of motion.
- Optimized patellofemoral articular design.
- Precise component sizing with 2mm increments in A/P.
- Proportional posterior condyles for greater contact area in deep flexion.
- Mirror polished surface to reduce wear and debris post-operatively.
- Soften intercondylar notch reduces post wear in flexion.
- Cam extension provides increased resistance to dislocation.
Tibial Tray & Bearing
- Narrowed cruciate fins to preserve more bone stock.
- High polished surface minimizes back wear of bearing.
- 1:1 tibial/femoral coronal congruency increases contact area.
- Patellar tendon relief facilitates increased range of motion.
- Rounded post geometry minimizes forces during femoral rotation.

Design Advantages
1. Rounded Sagittal Profile
Compared to anatomic box-like profiles, our rounded sagittal design allows for a greater range of motion and is more forgiving to the retinaculum by preventing over-tensioning of soft tissues.
2. Deeper Swept-back Trochlear Groove
The trochlear groove is critical for patella performance. Our design sweeps back posteriorly to resist patella crepitus and clunking.
3. Extended Trochlear Groove
Lengthened to support the patella in deep flexion and provide quadriceps tendon support between 105-120 degrees of flexion.
4. Wider Proximal Trochlear Groove
The floor has been widened to reduce constraining forces in extension, providing excellent patellar tracking regardless of the patient's Q-angle.
